* According to the law article 99.223, march 23, 1999: Participants with no sporting licences must provide medical clearance mentioning : "no apparent contra indication for competitive running" dated less than 1 year in order to procure their dossard. The original or photocopy of this document will be conserved by the organisers in the case of injury or bodily harm. No other document will be accepted as medical clearance.
Art 3 - CANCELLATION
Any registration is personal and to avoid any contesting, the demands of cancellation of registrations must be expressed before May 1st, 2012 (closing date of the registrations by mail recommended. IMPORTANT: crossed this deadline, no more demand will be considered. For a registered cancellation : - Before March 31th, 2012 : 30% of the registration fee will be witheld, - And from 1st till 30 April 2012 : 40% of the registration fee will be witheld No requests beyond these dates will be treated. Reimbursements will be treated within 2 months after the Festival. You are advised to take a cancellation insurance from specialized companies.
Art 4 - INSURANCE
The event organisers are insured by Assurance Gras et Savoye for their civic responsability. FFA license holders benefit from their insurance coverage held within their licenses. Participants without the FFA license must subscribe to a personal insurance. The event organisers decline all responsability in case of accident and other injury due to previous or current health problems. The event organisers decline all responsability for theft of clothing or any other personal effects.
Art 5 - NUMBERS
Numbers can be obtained at the race location : - June 3th 2012 from 9am until noon for the 6 days, - June 6th 2012 from 10am until noon for the 72h00, - June 7th 2012 from 10am until noon for the 48h00. Participants must wear the number during the entire event. It must be visible and at all times and worn on the front of the body. Numbers will be given only to participants with completed registration forms.
Art 6 - DISTANCE COUNTING
Laps and timing will be verified by an official timer by an electronic chronometre. All participants will be given the device which will begin automatically upon crossing the starting line. It will also be used as check points at different points along the course. Participants will not be classifed without having crossed each check point along the course. The chipset must be given back to the organisers at the finishing line. People dropping out along the course or participants not starting the course are obliged to give the chipset back to the organisers upon finishing and/ or dropping out and/or before leaving the stadium.. Each unrecovered chips or numbers will be invoiced 15 € with an immediate disqualification.
Art 7 - RANKING
Only one common ranking (male and female) will be given chronologically by the number of kilometres realized by each competitor during the race. A specific “walker” ranking will be established for this discipline starting from 5 participants. If there are groups of less than 5, thee participants will be integrated into the common ranking.
Art 8 - REWARDS
A cup or trophy for the 3 first men and women, T-shirt and a souvenir for each participant.

6 Jours d’Antibes : - Breakfast from 7am to 8am: coffe, tea, chocolate powder, milk, butter, jam, honey, bread, cereal (cornflakes) from Monday morning june 4th, 2012. - Dinner from 7pm to 8pm: full meal including appetizer, main meal with vegetables, cheese and fruit from Monday evening june 3th, 2012. 72h00 d’Antibes : - Breakfast from 7am to 8am: coffe, tea, chocolate powder, milk, butter, jam, honey, bread, cereal (cornflakes) from Thursday morning june 7th, 2012. - Dinner from 7pm to 8pm: full meal including appetizer, main meal with vegetables, cheese and fruit from Thursday evening june 7th, 2012. 48h00 d’Antibes : - Breakfast from 7am to 8am: coffe, tea, chocolate powder, milk, butter, jam, honey, bread, cereal (cornflakes) from Friday morning june 8th, 2012. - Dinner from 7pm to 8pm: full meal including appetizer, main meal with vegetables, cheese and fruit from Friday evening june 8th, 2012.

Art 10 - LITIGATIONS
In case of litigation, only the Director of the race will take a decision about possible problems. In this case the rules of the race in French are considered.
Art 11 - USE OF IMAGE
Upon registration, each participant authorizes the ERA Antibes to use or make use of, reproduce or allow reproduction of his/her name, image, voice and performance during the course under direct or indirect exploitation in any media form in any country by any known or unknown means for the length of current protection accorded to direct or indirect exploitation, derived from legal or reglementary dispositions and/or judicial decisions in any country as well as by current or future international conventions, including eventual prolongations that may happen during this period. CNIL Conform to the january 6th, 1978 said law stipulating the rights "Freedom and Computors" , participants reserve the right to rectify any personal information. Through our organisation, participants may receive propositions from other sources. It is your personal right to refuse this agreement by letter indicating your Family name, surname and addresse.

A refreshment table will remain set up day and night during the event : Liquids : Flat and bubble water - Coca Cola - Orange juice - Ice tea - Energy drink - Coffee - Tea - Soup Dairy : Swiss chees - Natural yoghurt Fruits : Bananas - Oranges - Apples - Fruit salad Solids : Pastas - Purée - Boiled potato - Compound salad of rice - Salad of potato and tomato - Hard-boiled eggs - Ham - Knackwurst - Frites (12h00/13h00 - 1h00/2h00) - Bread And more : Cornflakes - Chocolate powder - Peanuts - Pound cake - Chips - Chocolate - Sausage - Cereal bars Each participant should prepare their own complementary nutritional needs for the event.
FEES FOR GUESTS ACCOMPANYING THE PARTICIPANT
For 20 € guests remaining on site during the event will have access to the same breakfast and dinner as the participant, and a lunch made up of meat and vegetables from 1PM to 1h30 pm.
CLOSING MEAL
Saturday evening june 9th, 2012 Paêlla will be served to all participants. 10 € extra will be asked for all paying guests. 15 € for all other guests.
COMMODITIES
- Changing room with shower and toilettes. - A common area (tent) is available for sleeping arrangements and each person must bring their own sleeping material, air matress, blankets and beds are not supplied. There are be spaces available for private tents. - Parking places for caravans or campers along the course.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
An emergency doctor will be present 24 hours a day and during 6 days and a physio in the evening.
